Shipping Policy

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders within the continental United States. Please note that this excludes Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping rates for orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery Times: Orders are typically delivered within 2-3 business days after your order is processed. You will see the estimated delivery timeframe before you confirm your order.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You can return most new, unopened items sold by BioLove Labs within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.

• Items must be in unused and undamaged condition.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@biolove.io within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item(s).

Return Shipping Costs:

• You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped).

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Exceptions:

We reserve the right to make an exception to this return policy at our sole discretion.
